coral collective
Coral Collective is a social impact consultancy started by Allie and Corinne, two experienced nonprofit leaders who partnered up to help mission-driven organizations grow, adapt, and thrive.
We work with organizations of all sizes, offering strategic guidance, leadership development, and community engagement strategies that are often out of reach for smaller nonprofits. With backgrounds in nonprofit leadership, fund development, and organizational strategy, we started Coral Collective in 2020 to help organizations navigate challenges, strengthen their teams, and build long-term resilience.
Our work spans executive advising and coaching, board development, organizational design, fundraising strategy, messaging and storytelling, and community engagement.
Whether we’re tackling a short-term project or diving deep into long-term capacity-building, we focus on delivering actionable strategies, practical tools, and lasting change.
At Coral Collective, we don’t just offer advice and walk away — we roll up our sleeves, help leaders think differently, and build confidence in their next steps. We believe in continuous learning, sharing knowledge generously, and making the process as engaging as it is impactful. And since meaningful work shouldn’t feel like a grind, we bring a sense of fun, curiosity, and collaboration to every partnership.
